Hi
I had a problem with SkyGo in back of house which was always flaky. It often said it couldnt see SkyQ, so can’t get Bbc or recordings etc on ipad etc

I made it work, but don’t understand how !

I have SkyQ, a couple of extra boxes, a Sky booster, Virgin BB. Main box plugged into Virgin router

Due to wifi being a bit rubbish, I added TP link mesh, 3 boxes. 50mbps everywhere now
I plugged the SkyQ box into mesh hub

But SkyGo on ipad on wifi often dropped out still
Nothing else does

The Sky booster was towards front of house, wifi

I cat5 connected Sky Booster to a mesh box at back of house

Voila, SkyGo works in the garden

The ipad is just connected to the mesh wifi network & was perfect apart from SkyGo

Does it magically get signal from the Sky booster?
