Hi Guys

I am having problems with my LG tv 86" ( model as in title ) bought new last year

the HDMI ports appear to have no signal once something is plugged into them

I initially thought i had a problem with my chromecast, but i tried my Soundbar to HDMI ARC slot but it is the same doesnt seem to have a signal.

I have tweaked a few settings and tried a factory reset of the AV channels ( press mute button three times) then a menu comes up to reset AV channels,
I think the next step is try going down the guarantee route.

But thought i would ask here incase anyone else had come across a similar problem.

I had similar with my LG TV although it was just under 5 years old at the time. It had a 5 year warranty and it turned out to need a new circuit board. Unfortunately they fitted a new circuit board rather than give me money off a new TV.
