Roberts radio issue

HI, we've got a Roberts radio. Only the FM part of it is now working. If we switch to DAB although it displays the channels we can't hear anything
Is this a simple fix?

I don't know what model you have but when I had problems with a Roberts DAB I did a factory reset and it all got going again.

Hi, we've got an RD 60 too but holding down the info button wouldn't bring up a reset option unfortunately
