Sony A95K - live tv channel witching and guide very slow

Sony have an app called youview which has become very slow.
Did some digging and I have cleared the data and cache, enabled developer mode and turned on 4 processes.
Its a real shame that the apple tv 4K doesn't stream live TV.
Has anyone come across this issue and has solved it?
