Sky + HD Box Tv Guide

I have a Sky+ box but instead of displaying the new tv guide menu as in the instruction manual, it's still with the old tv guide menu. Is there some setting I need to activate to have the new menu system or it's a sky engineers' job.

afaik it's being rolled out slowly...i still have the old one.

Same here - I read somewhere on AVForums that the rollout was halted becuase of a bug in the EPG, that may or may not be true, but I've had my HD box (which came with a manual that showed the new EPG) nearly 5 months now and I've still go the old EPG.....

Mine didn't change until a few days after i'd recieved a new card from sky. Coincidence?

To be honest I wouldn't worry i found the old system easier to navaigate. But the new one does have some tidy features too.

The new one was 'added' to my HD box over last night.

also got the new menu last night.....however it's wiped all save programs and now wont let me record or use live pause....just get error 'System Fault 21-52R'! Anybody else had any problems or any advice?

Got the new one over last night...nice new interface but the poor kids are struggling to figure it out
