Broomhall Castle Hotel is unavailable this Sunday, so we are having a run to Loch Rannoch.

We'll meet at the Stirling Services as usual at 10.00am. Some rough instructions to get to the hotel shown below and post code/phone no. in case you are going directly to the hotel by yourself. We should be there around 12.15pm

If anyone else who hasn't contacted me is thinking of coming along let me know ASAP so that I can update the hotel with expected numbers.

0 Depart Stirling Services [Bannockburn, Stirling, FK7 8EU
Exit roundabout onto Ramp
Bear LEFT (North-West) onto M9
7.2 At roundabout, take the SECOND exit (A9 - Perth)
13.7 Leave A9 on A822 (Greenloaning/Crieff)
14.6 At Greenloaning, Continue on A822 to Crieff
25.2 At Crieff turn RIGHT on to A85 [West High Street]
27.2 Turn LEFT onto A822 (at Gilmerton)
37.4 Turn LEFT on to Local road (Glen Quaich) at Amulree.

This is a single track road which runs right over the tops of the hills to Kemore
Please keep in small groups as there may be the occasional car coming the other way

48.2 Turn LEFT at main road into Kenmore (A827)
48.8 Turn RIGHT onto Local road to Tummel Bridge/Loch Rannoch (Another narrow road)
51.2 Turn LEFT (West) onto B846
55.5 Bear LEFT onto Local road (Schiehallion Road)
64.4 Turn LEFT onto B846 as you enter Loch Rannoch
