TVRCC Herts, Beds & Middlesex: Kimbolton Country Fayre
Discussion
Hi folks
Now that we are starting to get into the TVR silly season, I'm starting to look at block booking events/displays etc. for the Herts, Beds & Middlesex regions. This is usually a joint event with the Cambs region as well.
As such, I will be starting to post a number of these type of event requests over the next few weeks to see what numbers I need to look at booking or see if there is any interest in attending a particular event.
This post is concerning the Kimbolton Country Fayre being held at Kimbolton Castle on the 15th July, 2012.
The website with all the details for the event is located @
http://www.kimboltoncountryfayre.com/
What I just need at this point in time is a list of those people from the region who are interested in attending this event.
If you are, please put you name below and I will use these to estimate how many seats we need.
We had a great show and turnout last year - despite a bit of dampness - it was well worth going!
There is also a fun fair and loads more!
(Unfortunately, this event does conflict with the Uxbridge car show which is something in the Middlesex calendar, so I will need to work with Nick to see who is going to which event).
Many thanks, Alex
Here are some pics from last year's show...

Hi folks
I've been in contact with the organizers and they would like to know numbers as soon as is practical. So, please let me know by April 9th if you are coming. Having a club pass means the entry fee is a lot cheaper and you get to park with the rest of us cool TVRs!
Thanks!

Hi Steve
If they are TVRCC members and you can tell me how many I might be able to get some more, although
I may have to hit you for some extra stamp money (they ain't cheap you know
)
Zoe will probably have some spare as well.
I'm stuck with family c
p until Wednesday, so won't be able to do much until then.

To paraphrase the email they sent me... "Its rained alot. We is worried about the castle fields getting churned up."
That mostly sums it up.
They have to work with the castle/school owner, so I guess it was their call.
Basically, the grounds are suffering from extreme waterlog due to the rain which makes them unusuable.
Fair enough concern.
