TVRCC Herts, Beds & Middlesex: Knebworth car show 2012
Discussion
Hi folks
Wow, time is flying through this year and once more it is time to start to look at booking for Knebworth Classic car show.

As most people know this show is something of a tradition for the region with usually good attendance over the two days each year.
This year the event is running on the 26-27th of August - a Sunday and a Bank holiday Monday.
The details of the show can be found...
http://www.knebworthhouse.com/events/Classic%20Mot...
http://www.classicmotorshow.com/motor_show.html
So, if you are interested in attending this year - at the cost of £3 a vehicle - please put your name down in the list below.
I will need to have a complete list of everyone by the end of July so I have enough time to put all the paperwork through.
Thanks, Alex.

Hi folks
For those coming to Knebworth who have not yet picked up their tickets, you can meet me prior to
the show for a quick run-in to Knebworth and to get your tickets.
The run-in route (a quick one) is enclosed with the meeting place and time.

Hi folks
I've just had a chat with the organisers of Knebworth this year and as a result I've had to tweak things slightly on the run-in plan.
They need us to be there by about 0945 at the latest, so I've made our meeting time 0915 instead of 0945 (see run-in plan for location).
Also, please note I've been warned that Knebworth staff are being a lot more... ah... "pedantic" about rules this year, so please
note the following as they will be more strictly enforced this year than previously
· Entries must be clean, complete and in safe working condition
· Owners to ensure all drivers are qualified to handle the class of vehicle exhibited
· No exhibit shall be left running unattended.
· All vehicles once parked shall be left securely braked or chocked.
· A speed limit of 5 mph applies to all vehicles whilst on the showground.
· Exhibitors must be on site between 11:00 am and 4:00pm
· Movement of vehicles between the times above will be restricted for public safety
· Each entered vehicle will receive a pass for 2 adults & 2 children to attend the show.
· Additional persons will be charged at he normal event admission price.
· Your vehicle pass is valid until 11.00am on the day. Thereafter all pass holders will be charged the normal admission price.
· Administration fees are non-refundable.
Passes are also only valid for the day marked on them. I do have spare passes if you want to come a second day. but you will need to get them off me.
As long as we turn up on time and behave as we usually do, then there should be no difference really.
Thanks!
