GT cup sun 18th Herts, Essex, North London Convoy
Discussion
Sun 18th is the Herts and Beds TVR meet and also The GT cup comes to Silverstone with 3 TVRs and a Lotus Europa competing.
Races are at 2ish and 5.30ish.
Plan is meet at the Tudor Oaks as per the Herts and Beds meet and then convoy avoiding main routes to Silverstone. Times to be confirmed.
Keep eyes posted on the Herts and Beds meet thread for a morning run-in to the Tudor oaks if you want to tag along on that too!
Will post more details soon

We are planning to go, but will make our own way there, as we intend getting there late morning. Is there any infield parking? or is it just park in normal carparks with public.
Cheers.
No idea about the parking situation. It wont be mobbed out there anyway. With still lots of building work going on, the parking may be different...Cheers.
12:15 exit from the Tudor oaks
Ok, just test run the route and it takes in some of the nicest roads in that region, passing through Woburn wildlife park and some great across valley views. No motorways, no dual carriageways and avoids Milton Keynes.
Route takes 1hr at pace but expect to take 1-1.5hrs with traffic so plan to exit the Tudor oaks at 12:15 if we are all back from the morning run-in on time!
I now have a TomTom sat nav file if anyone wants a copy. You have to 'mail me' through my 'profile' for this.
We will also have 3 radios to communicate between leader and tailender and an other to keep the group together.
