I'll hopefully be heading south from Aberdeen late afternoon on Friday 23rd and will be staying in Premier Inn Chesterfield West.
Anybody else going south on the Friday?

I was planning to head down to pick my car up from RT racing in Sheffield on Friday (just had chassis refurb and new 5.0l engine fitted). Plan was then to visit family in Nottingham before heading back to Aberdeen on Sunday via Chatsworth. Was really looking forward to the drive back up.
In hindsight I've probably underestimated the ammount of work needed to get the car fully ready for the road, especially a long drive back to Aberdeen, so looks like it could be another week or two before I can pick it up.
Bit disapointed, but RT have done a fantastic job so far and I don't want to risk the drive back up until they have fully tested everthing. Will definately be up for a Scottish run later in the year though.

Were staying at the Premier inn Macclesfield North, was £29/night plus breakfast. Only about 40min drive next day. ps - there's 4 of us staying there.cheers john.

I'm in the Premier Inn Chesterfield West. The course I was supposed to be at on Friday has been cancelled, so I'll probably start heading down late morning/early afternoon.AAAAAaaaaaagggghhhhhh....

Car is all serviced ,going great, polished within an inch of it's life and I have been waiting on this weekend for ages and I can't feckin go..
Take plenty of pictures guys.
I'm going to search online and see the best way to inflict pain on people without being caught...any Ideas.
