Surrey monthly meet Thursday 22nd The Black Swan, Ockham

Just a quick reminder that the Surrey TVRCC monthly meet is this coming Thursday (the 22nd) at The Black Swan in Ockham. Great pub (special TVR menu), plenty of parking space and loads of events to sign up for. We'll be there from around 7.30pm until the staff go home...
We will be collecting the outstanding balance on the ice karting (Thursday May 11th!) so please bring cash as it much easier for us to deal with (tax stuff, etc!). We will also be promotiing various future events (ROAR, BSG plus a camping adventure in Cornwall!) to gauge numbers/levels of interest, etc so do bring your diaries. We will also be collecting funds for The Bohemians at Dunsfold (Friday June 4th - £19 per person/£41.50 for a family ticket) plus Strings and Wings (Saturday June 5th - £25 per person/£54 for a family ticket) under 5's are free. Sue will have paper work for the Woking Car Show to be held on Sunday June 6th.
Steve and I have made the decision that we will not be at the Brooklands Double Twelve this year as we want to support Dave and Sue and the amazing work of the Woking Hospice rather than the VSCC. That means that you are more than welcome to attend Brooklands on Saturday or Sunday (or both) but we are not planning on an official Car Club stand for the Sunday (the only day allowing Car Clubs to show!). If anyone would like to go to the Double Twelve and wants to represent the marque then do let us know as you are very welcome to do so. Have a chat with us on Thursday for full details.
