Synchronicity of films

First time I noticed it I think, was when the Robin Hood films came out in 1991.

Always smiled at when we get two films at the same time that are basically the same.

White House Down and Olympus has Fallen

I couldn't believe that these films were released so close to each other. Both had near identical story lines.

That said, Armageddon was awesome

Very different films though. Tombstone was mainly action and focussed on a short period, Wyatt Earp was a biopic.

I like them both but would say Tombstone has far more re-watch value.
