Three Identical Strangers
Discussion
Imagine being adopted and then at 19 finding out that you had a twin but shortly after that finding you were one of Triplets.
Three Children In the USA in 1961 were adopted to 3 different couples only later did they find out they were part of an experiment and had been placed basically in three homes of different social standing. They later found that this experiment extended to other twins to see how nature of nurture affected people.
What is remarkable was the Scientist was a Jewish man who had been in concentration Camps but felt it was ok to use live subjects in his experiment.

they were nothing more than Lab Rats to the people running the experiments and to learn the Doctor had spent time in the Nazi Concentration camps is just sick hadn't he seen enough people die and experimented on.
My exact thoughts too. He came out the other side of the holocaust and then inflicts that on so many people. The realisation that you’re part of some Truman show life and have been separated from your brothers in the name of science must scramble your head. So sad that Eddie took his life.

Wow - that was pretty amazing. The conclusion (in this case anyway) being that whilst there were initially all sorts of superficial similarities, what really mattered were the parenting effects on the 3 individuals.
I phased out towards the end, but was that actually the conclusions? https://www.channel4.com/programmes/three-identica... available until April
