Just found this. A Gotham take on London in the early 60s tracing the days of Alfred Pennyworth(Batman’s butler for those unfamiliar with the name) after he left the SAS and tried to start a security company. Some well known actors but a lot with very few screen appearances. Very dark but an excellent plot. 8/10

Enjoying this Batman/Gotham prequel much more than I thought I would. Only three episodes in but decent standard, lead character does a passable young Michael Caine impression and the script is quite tight and witty at times.

Thanks for the heads up. Episode 1 was good, so I shall continue! Paloma Faith was well placed.

just stumbled across this on Amazon, free to watch. I suspect that that means I'll have to binge-watch before it disappears behind a payway again but thus far it is ticking a few boxes

started watching, after reading this thread, enjoying it apart from not being able to fast forward through the adverts
