Been watching this guy. He's got a mk2 4 door with a longitudinally mounted zetec in it. Engine looks really purposeful in that bay, like it could have been a ford factory setup.

Anyway, channel is very straightforward but for some reason I'm loving seeing an old mk2 that's not a garage queen. It's matt black on steels, nothing flashy but loving watching it.

Edited because ford never made a zebec engine.

Friend of mine has a similar setup, been building it for years and years. I really need to go and take some more photos. His is an ST170 engine with throttle bodies, Mk2 Escort 3 door Estate!

Cracking stuff. It looks well fitted in that space and a good way of getting an updated engine in there. Reminds me a bit of when people used to put the old fiat/lancia twin cams into Morris minors.
