A guy I used to work with won it a few years ago ( Nathan Massey ). Top guy, life changing for him and he now has had a kid with the partner he met. One of our vans appeared for a nano second in the show when it was his turn to introduce himself. He has pretty much earned a living from it ever since.
Despite all that, I never got much past the opening credits, looks like the kind of show that you need a lot of spare time to get into!

I only watched a little bit last night. It doesn't seem like a good bunch of people this time. I think the show has run its course.
Do they seek out people that say literally in every sentence? It's annoying how everything is literally.
The guy with the teeth too big for his mouth seems very effeminate. When he started the story about having a threesome it was embarrassing and trying too hard to make him sound like a big man.
What was worse was his snappy reaction to his partner after telling the story. If he is getting angry and aggressive over incidents like that in a group he's got issues.
The rage was obvious and away from the group, or off camera, I could see that being a major blow out.

I convinced the wife yesterday to watch the Louis Theroux documentary yesterday so managed to dodge watching the show. Not the best documentary he's done but interesting and eye opening none the less!
I'm a bit disappointed that one of the contestants partakes in trophy hunting however hopefully he gets the boot early on... How researchers for the show didn't find that out before he ended up on the show I don't know... That's negative PR straight from the get go!
I shan't be watching and will likely physically remove myself from the front room whilst its on!

I caught some of Louis. Why is it every one of the women that features in these documentaries all have issues from when they were young? There is a petition or get the posh boy kicked off due to his hunting. This is bad press the show could have done without.
Viewing figures for Love Island have slumped. They've lost 800,000 viewers dropping to 2.5m.
I didn't realise the allegation against Caroline flack was that the boyfriend was sleeping when she smashed him over the head with the lamp.
I see his original claim that she tried to kill him has turned to he isn't a victim.
Love Island shouldn't be making comments that the door will be left open for her to return with this hanging over her. It sounds as if her only chance of getting off is if he boyfriend dramatically changes his version of events.

Totally agree, all of the male contestants are cookie cutter versions of the other idiots that have previously been on other seasons the show. All of the female contestants are just copying the fake lips, teeth, boobs and hair of every other girl on Instagram and are all looking for "Tall, dark and handsome".We are talking about some of the stupidest people on the planet who all live in this Instagram world where posting up photo shopped pictures of yourself is seen as the most important thing ever. They all indirectly know each other and sleep with each other and pretend they are out partying every night when they earn minimum wage and live with their mums.
I honestly don't know why we give these pond life the opportunity to shine so brightly when in reality they so pointless and vacuous.
