TBH a pretty much nothing article WRT the fact that Games Workshop would love a TV series a la Witcher - but then again which game/book/comic wouldn't want that level of extra exposure or indeed income for the 'brand' (regrettably I can think of one - David Gemmell's books would make for great TV, can't see it happening <sob sob>).

There’s certainly a lot of scope for decent 40k based series and/or films.

It would be great if done properly. Ultramarines: A Warhammer 40,000 Movie wasn’t the best although they had a few good voice actors in the mix.

If you’ve watched any of Astartes videos on YouTube that’s the way they should go.

I couldn't agree more. I often wonder why these production companies don't simply employ the guy that made Astartes to do more of the same.

My worry is the Lore of the 40k universe is too dark & some aspects will mirror our society too much (in a negative way), to the point it'll be dumbed down.

But if not, then hell yes I'm all over this.

My brother was into GW stuff when he was younger. As the older "responsible" one I was tasked with helping him spray paint them biggrin So although I never played the games. The imagery of the Space Marine stuff is still kinda cool.

Those Astartes videos are amazing considering it's just some talented amateurs!

There is already an Eisenhorn series in the works. I believe the guy behind Man in the High Castle is involved.
