Heads up there's a email going round claiming your latest payment didn't go through and to log in to sort it out.

This is a fraud. Definitely don't log in. Phone Virgin if you are unsure/confirm.

I've had that e-mail numerous times. I've always ignored it and deleted the e-mail.

If your payment really didn't go through, they would write to you.

As if on cue, this arrived in my in-box this morning. Looks like we've all had our payments fail.

"Our record indicates that you recently made a request to shutdown your email. And this request will be processed shortly.
If this request was made unintentionally or you have no knowledge of it, you are advised to cancel the request now".

Gosh - they are really trying hard today. Just had this e-mail -

I'm not sure if this is related but my VM email has been hacked twice in the last 6 months....
