Old top gear ep - tiff selling petrol up an alley

Anyone else remember this episode? It was all a bit mad max and tiff was selling illicit petrol possibly to Jeremy in an old V8 vantage.

A lot of parallels with modern motoring but I can’t seem to find a clip anywhere. I’m thinking 1997 or thereabouts?

Yes I recall the feature, I think the theme was car use being ever more restricted (as if!). The scene with Aston was they'd managed to get hold of the last gallon of fuel and were going to enjoy it in style for the last time. As I recall there was also a scene with Vicki in a Isuzu Vehicl-Cross (the most futuristic looking vehicle at the time) being arrested for overtaking a pedestrian.

Was it the MPG challenge? Tiff pulled some gold bullion out of his backside, clarkson had a tiara on and they swapped it for petrol?
