Dab radio without news?

Asking for a friend working in the NHS who I think wants to give patients something to listen to that isn't going to scare the sh*t out fo them with frequrest news!

Are there any DAB stations that don't have news? 4 Extra doesn't but I guess she's looking for music.

Could they use spotify in stead? I've ignored it for years assuming it was just a paid for streaming service but having bought a new radio that had it built in I signed up for a free account I'm loving it and the adverts aren't so intrusive or frequent.

Quite possibly - I just asked the question my friend asked, I don't know the exact reasoning, but thanks for the suggestion.

Fun Kids is the only one without news. and actually its not bad!!

I use it in the car with the kids, also used when I dont want to know results or use amazon music
