However it’s great to see such a balanced gender in that workplace. They all add different qualities to the debate.

However has to be said I recruit on ability first and foremost. Gender or race or religion is frankly irrelevant. Also rate is determined before the role - so everyone would get the same However you could have a situation whereby you have a highly experienced person vs an individual at the lower end of that job curve A- I would modulate the rate based upon that experience again gender wouldn’t be a consideration in rate.
