Sky on Xbox issue

Hi all,
In one of our rooms we use Sky through the Xbox just recently when watching anything, for some reason it thinks its playing adverts which means you can pause, rewind,fast forward etc. Kind of annoying.
Anybody seen this before? any fixes? Will try to uninstall ad reinstall again.
