Just seen Henry Cole travelling around NZ. Thoroughly enjoyable not least because of the bluesy soundtrack. Anyone know what it is? Google not being much use. Ta!

He does play some decent music, sometimes the same clip repeated a fair bit, but ist always in the background.

If you're able to replay that section of the programme, use an app like soundhound.

It gives the details in seconds, and sometimes steps you through the lyrics too.

I have most of those videos of his recorded. Can you advise roughly where / when / what he was doing at that point of the trip.

EDIT
If its that clip at Papaloa Beach, Bay of Plenty - I've tried several times, including looping it, but a 6 second clip isn't long enough. Very cool and ambient tho.

Thanks - I can't remember exactly which bit it was but it seemed like it might be a good accompaniment when I can do some top-down cruising of my own. Might have been heading down from Murchison to Queenstown.

That said if it's just a 30-sec underscore looped it's not such a good idea!.
