These (adjective) times.

I spend all bloody day listening to radio 2. There's only three of us in the workshop, but that's the only radio station we can agree on. It appears that nobody can say anything without adding "these strange/unprecedented/terrible/worrying/stressful times".
It gets on my tits. I feel marginally better having written it down here, though.

It's not just Vine. It's the bloody traffic bloke on Ken Bruce's show, popmaster competitors, anyone contacting Steve Wright. Sara Cox appears to be in a little world of her own, and I try very hard to be grinding or sanding when Zoe bloody Ball's on.
That mouthy Brummy traffic boy is angling to be the next Rylan (sp?) I doubt anyone contacting Wright says any of that, just like they don't all gush "love the show" Coxy is definitely a bit doolally at the moment and Ball is a c@nt. It's still the best station on the air, though.shih tzu faced said:
If any of you have Spotify you could put a load of playlists together and buy a big Bluetooth speaker?
Prolonged exposure to any radio station drives me mental and probably explains why I’m such a deranged individual now. Irreversible damage innit.
When I started here, the boss told me it was just background noise, and I could listen to whatever I liked. Three days later, he changed his mind.Prolonged exposure to any radio station drives me mental and probably explains why I’m such a deranged individual now. Irreversible damage innit.
It's not the radio station at fault. I listen to 5 live on the way to and from work, and that's the same. It's similar to when something goes wrong in December. "This is the last thing I want, especially at this time of year". Your dog dying, fridge breaking, etc would be more palatable at Easter than approaching Christmas?

I really don't get that, but then I don't set a place for absent family members or post on Facebook how much I miss my mum/uncle/cat/favourite socks every year on their birthday and/or carkage anniversary.s2sol said:

Similarly, every program shows/reads a message along the lines of 'This programme was filmed before the Coronavirus pandemic'.It gets on my tits. I feel marginally better having written it down here, though.
I'm not sure which is more grating : the fact it seems to be on every programme, or the fact that it probably has to be.
