Granted exclusive access to Nt properties around the country while the places are closed due to CV19
Was he not in lockdown? Not supposed to travel?
Permission granted by D Cummings?
I think those who had a job that was important could/can travel. So promoting the National Trust tax would be fairly important. Was he not in lockdown? Not supposed to travel?
Permission granted by D Cummings?

Not watched this but do keep meaning to.
I also like George but his appalling over-use of the word 'space' does get a bit tiring after a while. It's a garden, not an "outdoor space" and a "dining room" not an "eating space" etc. etc.
You can always spot a pseud / architect / ponce by the way they do that.I also like George but his appalling over-use of the word 'space' does get a bit tiring after a while. It's a garden, not an "outdoor space" and a "dining room" not an "eating space" etc. etc.
I find his over-enthusiasm more wearing however.

Just watched episode 1. Quite good, although it is absolutely a complete copy of Secrets of the National Trust, down to almost the same format, music and credits.
A shame they also decided to follow the modern 101 documentary style - here’s what we’re going to show you this episode, here’s what we’re going to show this segment, tell us something interesting, he’s what we’ve just shown you, here’s what we’re going to show you in the next segment, etc etc....is just such a lazy and dumbed down way to present a documentary.
