I did mine a couple of days ago.
It cant be done online sadly.
I already had a good deal (and still within contract) for the whole TV package including: UHD, 2 TB box, one extra mini box, multi room, movies , Netflix add on and sport (no kids or BT Sport) and I was paying £75 a month. After speaking to the very thorough call centre staff, the next 12 months will cost £52 a month. I'd say that was a fantastic result.
They will ask you what deals you've seen online, so make sure you piece together your package on their website first to get an idea - hopefully my example above shows that you can get great deals without threatening to leave etc.
