I used to think Dynasty was great, but not as good as Dallas.

Posting this thread unfortunately got me thinking and I just bought the complete DVD collection of Dallas series 1-14 including 4 movies. I think this lockdown must be making me a bit mad.

I never watched the original Dynasty, as I'm too young really.

The wife though has discovered Dynasty on Netflix, as in the rehash/remake of it.

I think the only good thing about it is that it's keeping poor (as in terrible) actors in work and out of the dole queue. That's the nicest thing I can say about it.

I think that's all the originals did but I haven't watched any of the remakes because they will never reproduce the look and feel of the originals, all that 80s goodness was fantastic.

Ignoring the fact that the best one of all was obviously Kenny Everett’s ‘Dallasty’, I’ve never really seen Dynasty as mum was always a Dallas fan at the time.

That said I was aware that Emma Samms was not unattractive

I am also aware that Emma Samms seems to still be very not unattractive.

and if that wasnt enough it said something about raising money for some virus we are all fighting against - i lost track after Emma was on screen...........
