Gold Rush White Water

Apologies if been covered before but....
It should be called Rock Rush White Water.
I’ve stuck with this series from the start and basically it’s about winching rocks around and excitement about nothing much at all really.
‘The hunt for millions in gold’ more like thousands.
Fred managed £7k for the season between 4 guys less expenses. Hilarious really. I know Discovery pay them but that’s not the point

I watched the first couple series before realizing they were just doing the same things and were never going to find their fortune.....saying that, fool that I am I still watch The Curse of Oak Island 8 series in and they are still digging "oles" and finding "ooks" and "andles". I am getting really sick of the "could it be's" and the "If it's so's".

ha ha, I love these shows too. Gold Rush White water, you are right, they would never be able to do it without the TV money, but it makes for a fun show. A lot of it is about solving problems. That underwater drill and explosives a random man in a broken van just happened to have, was a game changer.

It really annoys be though at the end of every season

"we have proven there is gold here, we got a bumper payday today and we are about to get seriously rich"

closely followed by

"a flash flood has trashed all their equipment and filled in the hole they just spent 4 months digging with massive rocks. Next season on Gold Rush White Water......"





I think the Oak Island lads have finally found the money pit. What next though? Just dig a huge hole until yellow shiny things come out?
