Godzilla vs. Kong

Just a big mess, bad editing, scenes that are wedged in for 'entertainment' not for a cohesive story, wtf has that got to do with...type scenes, bad acting, bad CGI, ridiculous situations.

Without giving anyway any spoilers but stuff such as:

Writer suddenly becomes a master pilot of a fking spaceship.

Kong puts his shoulder back in using a building

Inception esque world bending that is just nonsensical.

Plot explanations by every character to explain away the 'but that doesnt make sense'

Massive secret structures that no one could have hidden being built.

Just read the summary of the plot on wikipedia....urrgghh sounds such a disappointment....

Read the director is planning on doing a live action/CGI version of Thundercats.

As this was my favourite cartoon growing up, I'm really hoping he doesn't mess this up.

Not seen Kong yet but even with the bad reviews, it makes me want to give it a whirl just to see how poor it is.

FYI I watched it this morning and thought it was a great monster movie. Who the f**k cares about plot when you've got Kong walloping Godzilla on top of a freaking aircraft carrier?

This. Its godzilla vs Kong not Shakespeare, and it did everything it should have.

Its brilliant.

The CGI and fight scenes are good though.
