Just watched this over two nights eight episodes of drugs, guns, cartel and mafia.

If you liked Narcos then this is for you, bit more variety and possibly even more gritty.

Edge if the seat stuff, give it a go.

Anyone else seen it ?

I gave up after 5 episodes I think.

Just thought it was a crap version of Gomorrah

Hmm, strange, we loved it and the reviews are 90 percent plus, not watched Gomorrah, will give it a look.

I thought it was really good. Gomorrah is in a class of its own.

Started well, but halfway through episode 6 I gave up and googled the remaining plot. Andrea Riseborough's great but I couldn't care about any of the characters.

For family-in-trouble drama, Ozark is better IMHO.

I gave up on the latest season of gomorrah half way through when it got a bit boring (airport stuff). Left it a while then decided to give it another go after watching zero zero zero. Glad I did, it was superb

Watch the 4 seasons, then watch the movie, then you’ll be ready for final season 5 which is currently being filmed.

That was my view too.

Too much budget and multiple international locations at the expense of character development.

I really liked it. A bit slow in the middle but I enjoyed it, some of it brutal and sort of funny too.

Overall 8/10 for me.

Not seen Gomorrah, downloading it now.

Onto the second season (thanks for the tip SuperBad) and it is indeed brutal, I like it but Zerozerozero had a bit more variety somehow.

It leaves you a bit battered yourself after watching it, the death toll is massive, its all so casual as well and largely without consequence.

I think being a drug dealer in Naples must be very stressful !

Just finished Zerozerozero. I struggled to get into the storyline for the first three episodes but from then on was hooked. Loved the idea of the 'journey' the cocaine was doing, and some shots of Senegal,The Sahara and Morocco were fantastic. I gave up on Gomorrah, just a lot of Italians getting hot under the collar and killing each other, nothing to interest me at all.

Shame re Gomorrah. Season 1 was probably the best thing I've ever seen on TV. Not tried Zero x3 yet.

I've tried Gomorrah twice now, but just cannot get into it. Maybe I'll try again one day. Subs all the way through don't help, one of the reasons I found Fauda tedious.

Yeah, agree, Zerozerozero has a beginning, middle and end and Gomorrah is mainly just Italians killing each other in very brutal ways.

We will soldier on but Genny looks way too much like Jethro from the Beverly Hillbillies for comfort.
