Ray Harryhausen is haunting my Amazon Prime!

Help...

Whenever I watch Amazon Video films, there's a very slight "choppiness" every now and then, that makes the film look momentarily like a Ray Harryhausen stop=motion adventure. Internet strength and speed is great, it doesn't do it on Netflix for example.

I have absolutely no idea when it comes to settings etc. so anything that points me in the right direction is very welcome.

Any stuff running in the background?

What happens if you do a fresh turn on/reboot and go straight into a film?
