Rewatched Wild Tales this evening.

I’ve seen some great speeches in films but at the moment struggling to remember one as good as this:

Am I right in thinking this is the first time Chaplin spoke in one of his movies? If so his awesome line ratio must be up there!

His first movie with dialogue, but the speech comes at the very end.

I block most scripts out so I couldn't see this but I knew what it would be, the rest of these short excerpts are lightweight, but this is heavyweight top ten stuff. I watched Grapes of Wrath last week for the umpty time, and this is still up there as well.
