Anyone watching BBC south east today?
Young lady doing piece to camera about bin strike in Brighton, 4 drunk idiots barge into shot shouting crude comments, she looked flustered then they cut away. Expect to see a bleeped version on the next outtake clip show. I know I shouldn't have laughed but...

Seems to me that increasingly since Covid, every news story needs a reporter with full crew, standing outside hospitals, police stations, shops, roads, schools, barracks, docks etc, for absolutley no reason, using none of the location to add to their reports, and usually in rubbish weather, and at risk of intervention from neds, Given that they have nice warm, secure studios, why do they need to waste so much money in needless outside broadcasts.
