I saw the teaser for this in the morning today. Is bringing Darth Vader in to it fiddling with the SW canon? I thought it was implied in ANH that they hadn't met since OWK had the high ground?

Soon A New Hope, or Star Wars as it used to be called, will be relegated to Legends.

But it’s all fiction so as long as it means things like the Mandolorian and Rogue One can be made and less of Rise of Skywalker, then fine by me.

The Obi Wan series is set between EP 3 and 4 of the movies.

The Mandalorian and Boba Fett series are set after ROTJ.

I was all hopeful for this, given how good Mandalorian was, but then we had Book of Boba - i hope its more like the former than the latter! One thing is , Lucasfilm / Disney certainly know how to do good trailers.

It's releasing on the 27th as that's the date Star Wars first released in 1977. Its the 45th anniversary.
