Why bother - Participating or watching is not obligatory.

I think that this is one of the rare occasions where "have you tried asking on Mumsnet" is actually useful advice rather than a barb.

Even I recognised a few of them .

Louise Minchin, what a tramp, leaving serious TV like Breakfast Telly for this ITV horse-manure.

I hope she gets a wombat's testicle stuck up her floop and Ced and Nat have to scoop it out with a dessert spoon.

For some reason, I was disappointed to hear that Louise Minchin was in the lineup. I admired her when she was on BBC Breakfast because she always struck me as a decent person, but when she appeared on TV this morning explaining her decision, I so wanted her to say, “You know what, I’m doing it for the money”. My respect has diminished.

She’s been getting up at 3 in the morning for donkeys years to make maybe 150 grand a year. She’s probably getting double that for 3 weeks on a tv show and eating a few kangaroo bks. Doesn’t seem that bad to me. I’m sure she’ll be gutted to learn she’s gone down in your estimation.

But she didn't say that, did she?

And you, of course, WOULD do it for the money (if, as a "nonentity", you were asked).

So who's the attention-seeking we now?

As usual, I have no idea who quite a lot of them are. However, the presence of the narcissistic gobste Madeley ensures that I won’t be watching. And Minchin’s selling herself down the river; always had some respect for her, but not now.
