Yes, watch all his videos, James is a likeable guy and goes over and above on his customer service. Sometimes not much happens but I always watch to the end!

Agreed I find him very likeable, He really goes the extra 2 miles to keep his customers happy. Really interesting to watch the repairs on his cars. And how he resolves customer issues. He certainly works hard to make a buck or two.

Been watching Chops for a few months, he recently got his own unit as he was previously working out of an Alfa indy garage.

One thing you learn is how he goes out of his way to give customers an inch and they wend up wanting a mile. Recent video is some lady wanting him to sell her Fiat 500 and taking the absolute pee.

Been watching for a while. The thumb captions can be a little click baity but he seems like a really genuine chap who does go the extra mile for his customers.
