Heartbeat DVDs cut?

Hi, does anyone know who who has the Heartbeat DVDs (particularly the earlier series with Nick and Kate Rowan) know if they have been cut?. The reason I ask this is because some of the episodes that have been uploaded to youtube have had certain scenes cut or trimmed by a few seconds. I know that all of the Beatles songs have been replaced for with cover versions or different songs entirely, plus some Jimi Hendrix songs used on the original broadcasts (the Britbox versions have the original music in tact) have been changed, but I didn't expect scenes to be cut.

I have seen a higher quality version of the DVD release and that scene is still cut. Seems like a sloppy cut to me, maybe who has uploaded the episode has edited it out (why I don't know). Since there's a Beatles cover song used I can't imaging the edit being down to copyright.

I have an early tape recording of the above episode from ITV from the mid 90s and the scene is there, but it seems they have cut it out on the DVD release. Without having the actual UK DVD release I can't be certain it is cut. Maybe the youtube upload has come from a different country region release which has been cut.
