1st trailer dropped.

Seems like it's DC's answer to Spiderman No Way Home, with all the multiverse shenanigans.

I'm more of a Marvel fan but good to see Keaton back as Batman even though it looks like he's about to bust out of the suit and the return of the best Batmobile.

Interesting.

Looks like they’re planning to clean slate the DCEU though.

How did all this multiverse stuff become so bloody trendy? I find it totally dull.

Agree, it's the cop out for everything at the moment.

Although I think the big issue for this will be the annoying bloke who plays the flash, just don't get/like him

The multiverse has been a comic book staple in DC and the MCU for a long time, allowing writers to undo or change many aspects of the stories told whilst being able to have many "versions" of the same character which all remain true, in their own little world. Makes sense when you consider these characters have decades of stories behind them.

I like the way it's being used in modern films, more so in DC at the moment allowing us to have different actors play the same character at the same time. Although it's funny how the Bond franchise never needed this, we just accept every film is basically it's own story with little impact on the world. Craigs run was one of the first times they've done a connected story over multiple films and even with that we'll all be turning up to the next one without needing to have the ending of NTTD explained away.

I cannot wait for The Flash, I thought the trailer was all amazing and the film looks better than I could have hoped. The fan service looks well balanced with a really strong story. If nothing else seeing Keaton back is worth the price of admission alone.

Can't possibly think why they're pushing Batman so heavily and not the man in the lead role............

Given how they’ve already already cancelled a load of stuff I’m amazed this is still going ahead given the baggage on board.

I suppose it says a lot about how they want to go from here.

I understand it will all be reboot anyway with all new actors, it's partly the reason why they are lagging behind Marvel and it's world building.

There was some very interesting ways they could have gone after Synders cut of JL, but will never see the light of day.

Well, I like the look of the trailer, run Barry run!

Though for me Grant Gustin would still have been the better choice for a big screen Flash but ho-hum.
