Help please does anyone remember

Years ago I remember watching a series about a bloke who bought a run down barge then refitted as a restaurant it and sailed it to France
I believe he was a chef and was if my memory is correct he was going to moor it on the river Seine
Anyone know what it was called or whether it was successful? Many thanks
