I doubt that many of you will have heard of Kirby Allison, but he's a Texan who has spent years celebrating and documenting British pursuits and traditions, and when he films a series like this, you can expect it to be turned out with the same polish as a big budget cinematic TV production.

He has teamed up with DK Engineering this time.
