How good are your ‘Recommended’ viewing lists

I’ve just looked at my various catchup channels to see what other programmes are recommended, and see if there are any gems that appeal to me.
Their accuracy have mixed results.

All4:
Watching Rise & Fall, Tempting Fortune & historical programmes.
Recommends: Mainly reality & travel shows... 25%

UK TV Play: Pretty spot on.

iplayer: Because I watched ‘The Apprentice’;
I might like: Basically nothing.
