Thought I'd see if anyone else watches this, I saw it first time round a few years ago and have decided to watch it all again. Its a brilliant show about two Very Deep Cover KGB Officers living as a married couple in the US during the cold war. So deep cover their own children don't know who they really are. It's an excellent drama, very gritty with some scenes that I'm surprised they even put in the show.

I think it was loosely inspired by this story https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illegals_Program#And...

Yep, excellent series - gets a bit bogged down midway through though, but the last season's a belter.

Also yards & yards of early/mid-'80's yank chod to enjoy.

Yep, excellent series. Only slight issue for me was the daughter, was for most of it, simply annoying. I may still give it another watch in the near future.

Agreed - saw it the first time round, really enjoyed it. Some might have a job with the slowish pace, and the wigs, but it was well done. Also Keri Russell and the Russian lass - very nice.

Just started watching this for the first time, 6 episodes in and really liking it. Quite a few plot holes but hey ho it’s drama not documentary

Great series that not many people seemed to watch, I did wonder when did they have time to sleep though.

Great series which won awards in the US but was always a bit under the radar here, IMHO because it was on the wrong channel at the wrong time (ITV, normally Saturday evening). If it had been on C4 on a Sunday evening (the Homeland slot) I think it would have done much better.

I gave this a go a few years back and seem to remember getting to about season 3 or 4 before getting bored and moving on.

Problem is that I now don't remember what went on so would need to start at the very beginning again, and will likely get bored again at the same point. smile

I loved this and was one of the rare series' I watched more than once.

Keri Russell. Lovely. Her and Matthew Rhys are together in real life I hear.

Like others, saw it first time around. It’s one of my favourite pieces of TV drama.

For anyone new to it, you’ll really enjoy it..!

Some of the disguises wouldn’t fool a small child, I think it jumped the shark at some point and I kind of gave up, the FBI agent should have handed himself in, thick as mince for not spotting anything off at all ….

The extreme sex in a wig was a very moot point in our house. It’d come off with just a little tug lol
