This is pretty entertaining, the host is actually quite funny and obviously a good mechanic. He basically bodges very old and nearly dead cars just to give them another chance. Well worth a watch.

Don't like Yank cars much but I'm watching the Mustang one just now and it's "different" I'm finding him quite entertaining. Not sure about his alternative names for car parts though biglaugh

I like old American cars and watch a lot of similar shows on Motortrend but sadly this guy grates a lot. I find the cutesie names for car parts quite annoying. He's on YT as Vicegrip Garage if you want more.

I enjoyed watching flipping bangers on discovery, which was the same sort of thing, but for some reason, season 3 of that has never been put on discovery, which is annoying!

I like this show:

Holes in the floor = Ankle vents
Car battery = lightning cube
Sparkplugs = sparkulators

I may have them slightly wrong

He painted the outside of the engine and called it a full internal refurb thumbup

I have watched a number of his “will it start and drive 500 miles home” videos. Quite amusing and a relaxing way to spend an hour.
