Saw this last night for the first time. Interviews with military of various ranks about what it was like.
Lots of mistakes were made. Some which sound like they were the result of contemptible arrogance on the part of senior commanders.
Seeing these really tough blokes badly affected by PTSD decades later really brings it home. War is hell.
