But you're happy with British entrants doing non-Asian food?

Yes because every British entrant isn't doing fish and chips.

Well, I really like it because I want to see Asian food cooked correctly.

Beef shatkora is a traditional Bengali dish. One of our friends cooked it for us a long while ago and it was one of the most amazing curries I have ever tasted.

Top two very good, next two pretty even so a good decision - some nice looking stuff from the qualifiers, even if the topic of elevated school dinner was stretched somewhat.

Seems to be quite a lot of salt/sugar confusion in this series, are they not labelling things in the kitchen to spice things up?

No one watching?

Just seen the lady cut the top of her finger off and go ‘seek medical attention’ when does a cut, that a plaster will fix, become too much and need medical attention?!

Anyway, average so far as normal, but always winds up after the initial rounds.
