I'm currently bingeing this and I'm hooked. It's about a bunch of back stabbing lawyers. It's not a new series (there are 7 seasons(), but never appealed to me so I'm pleasantly surprised. It was produced by Tony and Ridley Scott so I should have known it would be quality stuff.

Somewhere in this forum, probably lost in the mists of time, there is a thread at the time the last ever episode was shown on Channel 4 praising the program.

I thought it was a fantastic show with a really poor name, and as a result is under appreciated.

The writing and acting held up over the whole run and they had a great roster of guest actors which they developed over time.

And there is also the spin off sequel of The Good Fight with six seasons, and which isn't as good but is very watchable.

That started OK - pretty similar legal drama at first but got really weird for the last two or three seasons with the anti-Trump stuff and musical interludes.

There is another spin off now too called Elsbeth focussed on the quirky Lawyer Elsbeth Tascioni. It's currently being shown on Sky Witness.

Definitely some great guest actors, including some Sopranos cast members

She was ok in the Good Fight but incredibly annoying in her own series, switched off after 1 episode

Her character reminds me of Boris, outwardly dumb, but inwardly quite smart.

Her best moment was when she bought a Smart speaker rofl

Probably the best crime series I’ve seen since the Sopranos. I found it impossible to stop watching and the multiple storyline arcs and short stories were beautifully crafted.
A better title and this would be hugely recommended.
