Stuff going AWOL on Prime

I've been making my through the various series of Bosch over the last few weeks, and am just over halfway through Bosch Legacy Season 2. I'm using a Firestick plugged into the TV.

Last night I went to watch the next episode and there was no sign of it on the "continue watching" tabs. So i did a search for "Bosch Legacy", and it only came up with Season 3. Clicking on that and looking at Episodes showed only season 3, nothing about season 1 or 2.

So I checked on my Amazon Prime app on my phone, and S1 and S2 (and S3) show up on there just fine. Still no sign of it on the Firestick though.

Anyone else had entire series go missing? I even tried restarting the Firestick, but to no avail.

Yes I've had that before. From memory, I had to watch the first few seconds on my phone (where it was showing fine), and then go to the TV/stick and it would be there as a "continue watching" option.

Have you tried clearing the application cache?

I don't think so. I did a complete restart, does that clear the cache?

Restarting just shuts the app down. Clearing the cache needs doing through the appropriate device menu.
