Surprised nobody has mentioned the original Italian Job yet? Cracking film with some really nice petrolhead footage.

Another favourite of mine is The Bourne Identity, not a car film as such but the chase with the mini is superb. It reminded me of how badly I used to abuse my mini when I was a teenager!

Also another vote for Ronin and Le Mans as well.
