Do we have a property solicitor on PH

Firstly, not looking for freebies here, happy to pay for the assistance, just like to give work to fellow PHers where I can.

I'm looking for a property solicitor to cast an eye over the legal pack for a property I'm considering purchasing at auction.

Whilst I've read plenty over the years, and have a decent idea of what to look for, there are a couple of things in this particular legal pack that I've not seen before, so would appreciate a professional opinion before the gavel drops!
