Primer for garage door recommendations please

My tatty old garage door needs a make over. What primer do I need to go over old faded paint after it has had a good wash and a rub down with a scotchpad?

The top coat will be this gloss finish, if that is relevant

That's interior paint, just get some zinsser all coat in the colour you want.

Ah bu99er you're right. The wife wanted a teal front door so now I need to find a matching exterior paint for the garage.

IIRC, you get an All Coat tinted as a colour match.

So, a follow up. I used Zinsser bulls eye 123 primer (grey) to undercoat it, and then a Zinsser AllCoat (Water Based) Exterior Gloss Paint from www.nextdaypaint.co.uk in the closest match to our front door (Peacock blue). Both tins were 1L and I used about 2/3rds of each to apply 2 coats with brush and foam roller..

Quite pleased with the result
